Sinking a Topic

Just wanted to make sure "sinking" a topic is something akin to getting the topic removed and possibly the user banned. The whole counterfeit currency post is inappropriate for this forum or any other forum, in my opinion. Take that crap to Craig's list or someplace else on the shady side of the internet.

It's just spam - we take care of that as soon as we see it - fortunately it's fairly rare on this forum. "Sinking" just means the topic won't pop back up to the top of the list when a new post is made.

I've moved this topic to the "Site Matters" category.

Maybe you should consider adding a report button for spam and other bad behavior. But thanks for the explanation.
