How do I import black and white image?

I drew my world map outline on a normal size piece of paper.

How do I open this file in CC3? I don't wanna redraw my coastlines and tiny islands. Just want to load them, put water in, and start working on the land.

I scan the map as a png, then import it (Insert file under the Draw menu), and put it in a sheet and layer called PICTURE. The it is easy to redraw the coastlines. No other way that I know of.
