Having installing issues

When I try to run the CC3 set up, after it asks if its ok to run the program, the InstallAware Wizard starts. Barely after it starts, another pop up appears and tells me "Unable to Create File".

Any help with figuring this out?

Your anti-virus might be blocking the install. Temorarily turn off your anti-virus.

Make sure that when you run the installer you run as administrator. This solves a lot of the problems with the installation.
