Importing DWG, SVG, EMF, etc Vector Files

I have been searching the web site and cannot find any information on whether it is possible to import a map in a vector format (i.e, polygons of counties that make up an island, plus line vectors for roads, and point vectors for landmarks). I can export my vector maps into a variety of other vector formats (DWG, SVG, EMF, etc), but need to know that I can import this and use it as my starting point in making a map. I could also export it to a raster format. I saw one post where someone mentioned importing a DWG, but then saw no mention of this in a CC3 manual I found online. Can someone help me? Deciding if I want to purchase this for my kids D&D group.

CC3 should be able to open DWG and DXF files. I am not sure if it will support everything these file formats have to offer, but it should do the basic vector stuff fine. I don't think you there is any way of opening other vector formats, like svg and emf however)
