Not enough memory

Hello everyone!

I've experienced a really strange problem using CC3+. Any attempt to export (via "save as") any kind of map to a png, jpeg or bmp ends with an error message. The biggest map so far is 1372*1000. And that is too small (for an overland map).
Everything's fine with CC3. I've got a 6000x4416 px map.

Any suggestions? CC3+ is great (faster, smoother, etc), but no maps (in pixels) means no fun. :(

Specs (just in case):
core i5, 4Gb RAM, win 8

What are your png/jpg export options in CC3+? I mean when you click "Options" on the Save As dialog.

You should look into getting more memory if possible. While CC3(+) is a 32-bit program, and cannot use more than 2GB of memory, having only 4GB in the computer means that there is unlikely to be the full amount available for CC3+ when the OS and other programs have claimed their share. If more memory is not an option, make sure all other programs are closed down when trying to do an export.

On my surface tablet, which has the exact same specs as you posted, I was easily able to export the 13th Age example map with effects on using CC3+ in 6000x6000 (No antialias) (After closing all other running programs, but without touching services/background tasks)

I've attached a screenshot with an png/jpg options on Save As dialog. With this it works fine — export is successful. If I set width a bit bigger, e.g. 1900 px, an error message appears.

I've read about 32-bit + 2GB (here on forum). The thing is that CC3 do it's work. Same PC, same conditions, same time. CC3 consumption (less than): CPU — 32%, RAM — 450MB, time — 12 minutes. Export options: width — 6000, height — 4500, antialias off.
