    Hi Dargurd,

Your land polygon has a very sharp angle - see this thread - and the coastline, having a line width, replicates this angle, causing the problem.
    To fix it,

    1. Zoom on the global area of the target node.
    2. Click on the Sheet indicator and check the right check-box of the LAND sheet. Click on the Hide all button then on OK.
    3. Now you can see the sharp angle ang get its location. Place your mouse over the target node and you'll see its coordinates in the status bar (top left). If they don't show or if the text starts with @T: or <T: click on this bar until it starts by T:.
    4. Click on the Sheet indicator and check the right check-box of the COASTLINE sheet. Click on the Hide all button then on OK.
    5. Use the Node edit button and click close to the target node. Alternatively, click anywhere on the coastline and use arrow keys to get to the node. Press twice on Detele because there is a second node close to the first one, that still creates trouble. Right-click to end the command.
    6. Click on the Sheet indicator then on the Show all button then on OK. Zoom to extents and here you are!

I've attached the modified file below but you'll perhaps prefer do it yourself to test. I didn't modified the land polygon.
