Adding templates to existing maps

Hello I am new to the software and am importing a starting point for my area map from FT3. However I wanted the fancy border, the correct scale bar, the fancy compass rose, and the copyright notice generated from the templates for new maps in CC3 on the existing map imported from FT3. Is there anyway to do this easily using CC3 not CC3+. Thanks in advance to any that answer.

Create a new map in CC3, then copy everything you wish to keep over is probably the quickest.
