Trees are too large

I'm trying to draw a forest with the terrain tool, but whenever I do, the trees are 3 times the normal size. I could shrink them all down, but then my forest would be too small. Is there a way to change the default symbol size so my forests will look right when I draw them?

They are drawn in the default symbol scale. Use File -> Drawing properties to change it.

the other way is to select the symbol, right click and then modify the symbol scale by what ever you need then clicking 'More'.

Of course you can also 'Scale' while working to get the right scale for what you are after visually.
