CC3: removing several layers from layer dialog

I was editing some old maps, changing fill styles, etc.

I went to delete some of the old layers, and found I had to delete them one at a time.

I tried holding down the ctrl key and selecting more than one layer in the layer dialog, only kept one.

Same with the shift key.

Not a problem when removing 3-5 old layers, but when I'm looking at removing 10 or more on around 30 or more maps, it gets a bit tedious.

Is there a way to select multiple layer names in the layer dialog and delete several at a time ?

No, selecting multiple layers or sheets at the same time is not possible, unfortunately.

You purge symbols and fonts, but not layers. One way to do it is to cut and past the map into another one - only the layers with entities on get added to the layer dialog box.
