CC3+ this year or next?

I was just curious if it had been determined if CC3+ would be out this year or has it already slipped to next year.

I have also suspended my mapping waiting for CC3+. I'm mapping the old fashion (pen & paper) to move my setting forward until then.

I'm hoping for this year as well, if it does I get a free upgrade.

I'm willing to pay for it, I would just rather get more software or maybe an annual with the money.

Still would be nice to hear some official news that is newer then September 24. Even a small amount of information on what's holding it up would be nice. Especially since I too have been putting my mapping on hold waiting for it.

Will CC3+ make any changes in the limitations on maximum image dimensions when saving as a bitmap?
I would like to be able to save-as with higher resolution.
