ft3 ring continents

In ft3 how do I get continents that seem shaped around a circle?

Using the raise/lower painting tools seems like a reasonable way. You can also use the freehand selection tool to select a ring-shaped area and the use the tools to fill that in as well.

Changing continent size and/or fractal type could help here.
