CA91 Worthington Historical HIlls Terrain

I've a bit of a problem in that I've accidentally eliminated the Terrain Default, Hills from my terrain options on CA91. Initially I'd thought this terrain's bitmap fill wasn't displaying correctly, and so tinkered with it a bit, eventually saving over it in the advanced options.

Now I've figured out that the display "error" was just an old monitor that didn't like the bitmap fill, so I need to get that terrain option back. What is the best way to do this? Uninstall CA91 and then reinstall?
