Has anyone here developed or found a symbol set that can be used to create characters for the Pathfinder Campaign Setting by Paizo? Elves in this game world have much longer ears and their irises nearly fill the visible portion of their eyes. Gnomes are a little different, too.

It would be great to be able to create these characters, and I'm hoping someone out there with a lot more talent than me might have started work on symbols to do it.
