Not printing the whole map

I'm having trouble printing the entire map with DD3. I have a map that is set to landscape and is supposed to print out in 2x2 letter size sheets.

the map is 100'x80' and when I print it, the top layer fits fine with the bottom layer (there is a little white margin on the edge of the paper I can use to glue them together), the two sheets on the right work fine (they have the same useful little white margin on the left side), but the left sheets are missing some of the map (they have no margin on the right side).

This wouldn't be a problem except they are also missing about 75% of a square.

I was able to work around this issue with overlap set to something other than 0 but I'm wondering if that's the only way.

Sounds like an issue with printer margins. CC3 knows you are printing to letter size sheets, right? Issues like this can typically happen if you print A4 sized printouts to letter sized sheets, since A4 is a little longer. If so, it might be that the print driver mis-communicates the true paper margins (maybe it believes that the margin to the left is also zero, so it believes it has more space than it really has when the printer doesn't start at the edge of the sheet.
An update of your printer drivers might fix the issue, otherwise setting overlap is probably the best option as far as I can see.
