Wall cutter error

I'm experiencing an error with the wall cutting tool that leaves behind a symbol and if I try putting a door in, it does nothing to remove the wall. If I try putting in a door after the wall cutting or vice versa, it cants the symbol at an angle and won't let me lock in the correct angle I need. I've tried restarting the program and using different door catalogues from the different plug-ins. Here's an example of what the program is drawing:

Richard, is that DD3 you are using or the basic CC3 dungeon style? Can you post the map this is happening with here?

I'm using DD3. I have everything except the last 3 Annuals and the Source Maps.

Is the wall on both the wall sheet and the wall layer? I had some problems cutting when the wall I wanted to cut somehow ended up on the wrong layer.
The shape of the building looks great.

If you can't get the wall breaker tool to cut the wall try using the "break" tool instead.

Your Wall Cutting Symbols didn't have the "Delete Symbol after placement" and "Control points only cut on same layer" option set - I suspect because you originally used an older style/catalog to add them to the drawing. Please do the following:

- Open the Symbol Manager and find the Wall Cutting symbols in there. Delete them.
- In the catalog windows, open the catalog CC3/Symbols/Dungeons/DD3/DD3 Color/Wall Features.FSC.
- Now use the cutting symbols from that catalog. Do they work correctly?

It does, but the problem seems to have stemmed from my trying to use SS3 modern doors as this map is for a Mutant Future article.

Richard, there is indeed an error in the Wall Cutters of that catalog. I've fixed it in the attached version.
