Creating floorplans from CD3 in April Annual2011 style

When I work in CD3 I often want to create floorplans of individual houses. Clicking on the Floorplan button I get some options of different templates (CD3 Bitmap, CD3 Modern, CD3 Vector, DD3 Bitmap, DD3 vector), but I would like to do the floorplan in April 2011 Annual. Can I do that and how can I add April Annual2011template to the list?

    Please post your solution! Even when you figure it out for yourself, posting the solution will help someone else find what they need.

    CC3 is complex enough that posting these solutions also show us capabilities that we may not know about or that we may have forgotten.
