CA84 Map Causes CC3 To Crash

When you open the sample map CA84 County of Shealagh and try to enlarge it using Zoom Window or Zoom Area so you can view areas of it.
It causes CC3 to crash.
You can only get the map to load but noting else at all.
I did install the font that was in that issue of the Annual.

The Morgan Twenty Nine font is displaying correctly also I noticed

The font is installed and shows up see the 2nd image.
