Random Street Settings
I am currently working on a map of a large city for my roleplaying campaign, and I've been making extensive use of the random street command to ensure particular districts are consistent with each other.
I was using the 'Street W Current Settings' choice in the 'Random Streets Options' dialogue when I suddenly suffered a crash. No drama, I'd saved the file only a few minutes earlier.
But when I reloaded, and tried to place another random street, the buildings suddenly came up purple, rather than the brown I'd be working with - in essence, the settings I was using were lost.
I've placed close to 1000 buildings so far with these settings. I would really like to get them back, but I've no idea how to. I've tried listing info on one of the buildings which gave me the colour settings I wanted, but I had cross hatching on the old buildings that is now lost and I've no idea if the details of that are even in List Info, or what I should be looking for to find the settings.
Any guidance from anybody as to if it is possible to work out what settings I was using - specifically for roof fill, I can probably work out the rest - and how to do it if it is possible?
