Biggest changes in CD3?

I've purchased it, drool dripping from my lips, but alas it will be another week or so before I can really play around with it. Please satisfy my mapping jones by letting me know some of the juicy CD3 goodness I can look forward to! What do you like most about the new program>

    I'll just do a breif list ;) the big one would take too long lol.

    - Floor plan addition is a great new feature speeds up a lot of items.
    - Textured/Bitmapped buildings make maps look a lot better
    - Added Drawing tools
    - Shadows all go in the right direction etc etc

    All in all it's DEFINANTLY worth the money, just look at the examples done even quickly by people :)
