How to get free Update 11 for CC3

I received an email this morning saying that could download this. It got me excited because I really want the 2013 Overland Hex style. But when I log on and try to find it I can't. It doesn't show up under products and downloads and it says that my current version (3.42) is up to date. I've been searching and all I can find is this page http://www.profantasy.com/rpgmaps/?p=2777
which also tells me to log on and download from products and downloads. What am I doing wrong?

Click the little download arrow next to the Campaign Cartographer 3 entry on your 'Products and Downloads' tab. Since Update 11 is a patch to CC3 itself, it is grouped along with the rest of the CC3 downloads.

The CC3 Update 11 should be listed among the CC3 downloads on the "Products & Downloads" tab (click the download button next to the CC3 entry). If you can't see it, send a help request to tech support and we'll look into it.
