Hi

Are graphics created with default CC3 tools and symbols copyright/royalty free?

    The symbols and other artwork are copyright ProFantasy Software, but you can use them royalty free (as long as you own CC3 obviously, or the relevant add-on the art comes from) in your maps (even maps created for commercial purposes), with some exception for floor-plan resolution maps. Note that while you can distribute maps containing ProFantasy symbols, you are not allowed to distribute the symbols themselves.
    Read the license for details, the relevant part is the small section at the end titled "USE OF SYMBOLS AND ARTWORK".
