When I click "Symbol Catalog Settings" in CC3 nothing happens

As the topic states when I click "Symbol Catalog Settings" in CC3 nothing happens. More precisely the map screen flashes green for a bit (as though the map is being redrawn) but no dialogue box appears for me to select symbol categories.

I am running CC3 on Windows 7; please help!

Does this happen under all map styles, or just when a specific map is loaded? What happens if you start a new map in the CC3 Default overland style, and then try this button? Have you installed the latest update?

I reinstalled the update, now everything is working correctly now. It would change to every type of vegetation under the filters except Schley's overland veg.
