Commercial Use of Pro Fantasy Products
Hello All,
I know this question has been asked over and over a thousand times but I just want to be clear on the Usage Terms - Please correct em in I am wrong.
1. Can I use CC3 to create world maps and use these commercially? (including the Annual Assets?)
2. Can I use CC3 or CD3 to create close ups of cities and use these commercially?
3. I can not create dungeon tiles that would allow for a table top RPG and use these commercially?
4. Can I create a map that is a city (using tiles that fit together) not to scale?
5. Can I create tiles or a full map of terrain and use these commercially?
Again I'm sorry for asking things that I know must be asked a lot (yes i did search but most answers seemed a little vague on some points).

2. Yes.
3. Not if these are at miniature scale (meaning you can print them to use as a battle map straight off) and if they are predominantly made from our artwork. You'd need our permission to do that.
4. Yes.
5. Not sure what you mean here. See 3 above. If it doesn't fall under that special case, you can.

There's three core conditions:
1. They "floorplan-resolution " i.e. they are at scale suitable for miniatures play on the tabletop.
2. They "exports of OUT ARTWORK", i.e. they use the symbols and fill styles from our products.
3. They are "commercial products which consist predominantly of", i.e. it's not just a couple of maps in a bigger product, like an adventure or so.
If any of these are not given, you can publish your maps commercially just fine. When in doubt, simply ask us about your product idea.
