CC3, FT3 and Microsoft Surface / Windows RT.

I'm considering getting a tablet computer and I'm favoring a Microsoft Surface because I'm hoping that CC3 and FT3 are compatible with Windows RT.
Are they?

Windows RT is Windows built for ARM processors which are completely different and incompatible with x86/x64 processors (the Intel/AMD processors in 99.99% of desktop/notebook computers).
This means no application that runs under Windows will work for Windows RT, unless its source code is modified/adapted, then compiled for ARM processors (in most cases, this means rewriting most of the code, resulting in a huge effort both in human hours as well as in money).
I don't see ProFantasy porting their apps to Windows RT/ARM processors any time soon; at least not until these become a competitive enough market to justify the work required.
