Blacksharde League Finished
Well I finally settled on a map style and a map for the second Christmas present. I'll go back to the other maps I started along the way and finish them next. I took the border off because as Dogtag pointed out it looked to big and over powered the map itself. This one was particularly fun if not a pain in the butt because I jumped around on so many maps just to get to this picture that was stuck in my head. I wanted a kingdom that was sort of over expanded. I wanted to map to appear to have recorded information from several different writes. You know as thought the terrain was repainted in a few times here or there but someone never bothered to change the names or move names around much. In any event, I appreciate the critique even though this one will not get changed. Got to move forward with Christmas and still have to matt and frame this baby.

PS thanks for the compliments.
Or you can start up an account on deviant art and put it up there.

Dude, I gotta say, that's amazing. Heads and shoulders above anything I've ever done, I can tell you that. And I'd like to throw my hat into the Northeastern-Section-Fan-Club ring. Very nice, down to the fonts you used. Hard to believe you haven't been using CC3 longer than you have. I also really like the way out laid out your mountains in general.
Cheers,

To set the size of your exported PNG file:
- Select File>Save As from the menu bar.
- Select PNG Bitmap File from the Save as type drop-down list in the Save As dialog box.
- Click the Options button in the Save As dialog box.
- Enter the dimensions you'd like to use in the Width and Height fields of the Bitmap Options dialog box.
- If you want, you can choose a PNG Compression setting. I usually try Maximum first but it could freeze up or crash the program. If that happens, I restart and choose Default.
- Also, if you want, you can click the Save button at the top of the Bitmap Options dialog box. Then, in the future, you can just select settings from the drop-down list to configure the options for that image (and then you can tweak them).
- Click OK to close the Bitmap Options dialog box.
- Click Save to export your map to PNG.
It can take a while to process a large bitmap so be patient.Cheers,

Okay, that's not quite true. If someone has a high screen setting, like my !@#$*% work laptop, which is set to 1920x1080 and can't seem to manage other resolutions without making everything blurry as all get out... *ahem*... Sorry.
As I was saying, if someone has a high resolution, the image will seem smaller on their screen but you can't possibly save it to a size that will make everyone happy.
Just my $.02

And, seriously, have you tried setting the map to a larger size and saving it, maybe 2x? Did it not work?

And a +1 for the bigger map.
Come on, you can do it :-)
