Map borders

Where can I get some cool scalable map borders? I think they tend to add quality to a finished map but not all of the styels have them.

    There is an annual that has some neat extra map borders and templates for creating your own. When I want something fancier, i've thrown my maps into photoshop after i'm done in CC3 (and there are a million free "borders" that can be found on google and used in PS).
