Question about style

This map: http://www.cartographersguild.com/attachments/finished-maps/50381d1354672966-armorica-novels-mapcommision-hughes_final_a.jpg at the CG shows the landmass with a couple of duplicate outlines just outside of it. How is this done in CC3?

Draw Offset will do that for you, or at least get you started. You generally have to do a bit of manual
fixing afterwards for heavily-indented coastlines.
