It is working perfectly from my location now, so the service at ProFantasy's end seems to be working properly.
Did you try both via your order page(s) and your registration page. The serials should be accessible from both, provided you have registered your products.
If you can't access them from anywhere, you should contact ProFantasy tech support, they should be able to help you getting the serials. If you cannot get to your registration page at all, contact them via the order desk link at the contact page
It seems there was a glitch this morning with the order pages, sorry for that. I restarted the server and it seems to be working fine now. Let me know if there are anymore problems.
It appears that the problem has reoccured. I cannot get to my order page to download DD3. I did receive the email with the links and after a very long wait it takes me to a page with "my info" "your info" etc. But it appears the script to give me download links and codes times out. Or at least thats what the message says.

I received the Email very promptly am unable to use the link in the email to download the software... your billing system worked wonderfully...
Tried again the next day out of curiosity and it timed out again. Just for your info.
