Oddity with Glow-Inside

I'm trying to create a map with a dark and moody setting and was playing around with the Glow-Inside effect. I want a dark inner glow on the floor, but end up with an odd artifact when I increase the Strength to 1 (or higher). I'll probably just stack multiple glow effects to get what I want, but wanted to see if this is a known anomaly.
This is a 30' x 40' room.
First image is Glow, Inside, Strength:0, Blur Radius:10
Second image is Glow, Inside, Strength 1, Blur Radius 10

I've tried deleting the FLOORS sheet and recreating, but the same thing happens. I'm at a loss as to how to fix it. I'd appreciate if you could take a look.
(Strange. The forum won't let me upload the FCW so I've zipped it for upload.)
You have some "Whole Drawing" sheet effects and when you're only showing the floors, the effects get applied there. Disabling the Whole Drawing effects fixes the issue. It won't appear either when you show all sheets.
(This'll teach me to play around with effects, forget that I had done it, then save the settings. Doh!)
