CC3 - can it do spherical maps

Very quick question. I have Fractal Terrains, but it's both so much more and so much less than I need.

Can I draw a spherical map in CC3?

    No, CC3 only allows you to draw flat maps. If you wish to map a sphere, you need to use some kind of map projection to project it to a plane (and stick with the chosen projection, as CC3 doesn't allow you to convert between projections like FT3 does [Actually, CC3 doesn't even know what a projection is])
