cd3 Ultra high resolution artwork

What exactly does this update? I didn't find any explanations for it anywhere.

    It is simply the very high resolution images for the symbols and fill styles. You won't normally need these unless you plan to use a very high level of zoom when using your city maps. For all other products, the very high resolution artwork is included in the main installer, but for CD3, the file size became very large, so to save people from downloading something they are not that likely to need anyway, it was split put from the main CD3 installer, available for those who need/want it.
