Extra lines showing up in map

I'm in the process of building a map with the Jon Roberts city style, and all of a sudden lines started showing up. The attachment is just a portion of the map, but the white lines are the lines where I placed the points. I have no idea why they started showing up, and now I have no idea how to get rid of them. If I start a new map, they're not there, so it's clearly something to do with this map, some option I accidentally enabled or something. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these?

You have Frames turned on. Frames allow you to see where the nodes of a poly are. Use CTRL-F to toggle frames on/off.
