Converting a map style to another style?

Hi.
Is it possible to take a dungeon map made with the DD3 Color style/symbols, etc... and have CC3/DD3 convert it to the old school white with blue background maps that were famous in the early days of D&D and RPGs? What I'm doing is printing out 13" x 19" battle maps in DD3 Color and then hoping to create a 8.5" x 10" map in the old school style for the GM so that he/she can jot down notes, symbols and other important info right on the map because it is in simple old school mapping style when printed out for use.
Please let me knopw if there is a way to do this. I searched the Tome of UM and only saw mention of converting 2D to 3D via Perspectives.

Converting maps between styles is detailed in the Changing Map Styles chapter on page 127 of the Tome.
