Battlemap Tiles

After seeing a few of the video's Joe Sweeney posted on youtube I decided to try to create a few simple battlemap tiles.
Nothing too fancy. Just a few basic tiles. Left out the grid here, but its there.

These are very nice. I would be interested in seeing if photographic textures could be used for battle tiles. I.e.,Using real seamless images of water, concrete, brick patterns, ect.
They could then be printed out on photostock, affixed to a solid backing, and then laminated?

Yes you can. This is just a very quick example.
Got me a .bmp from the net (did a search for water tile seamless).
Imported it into CC3 as a bitmap and drew a polygon with the file as a fill.

The water looks beautifull! But I did not like the way the bricks interacted with the rest.

Its just a quick and dirty job to show that its possible.
It needs other bricks a the effects must be tweaked too.
