2 0f 3 factors considered in FT3

I have been looking over the terraformer manual and other documentation for FT3. Through some experimentation I have noticed something.

There appears to be no relational change between altitude, rainfall and climate.

Is this true or am I overlooking something?

    As far as I am aware of the inner workings of FT3, the climate is calculated based on the three other factors: Rainfall, Altitude and Temperature. Those three are not interdependent though (changing Altitude will not change Rainfall, for example).
