Recently my style sheets have stopped functioning. For example I have a image used as a background so I can draw it (copying a map for a adventure) and the transparency does not function at all. I double and triple checked the image is on the right layer and sheet. I can hide it and it does hide so I know it is where it should be... however the transparency effect does not work. Infact none of them work (walls have shadows/etc) and those do not work as well.

Is there a issue with windows7 recently (or video drivers) that would cause this? I have not seen this problem before until I started working on a new map after a about 4 months of not messing with CC3.

Further testing shows my old maps stylesheets work fine...even more odd. This map has just 1 imagine as background and a black "wall" that I was going to use and cut holes in as rooms. Nothing elaborate.
