fractalize border of continents

Hi. I've already drawn my continents. If I use the fractalize command it just fractilzes the border. Is there a way to make the continent's fill follow the new coastline? (Or do I have to choose different fractailze parameters from the beginning and redraw my continents from scratch?)

Delete the black outline, then fractalize the continent, then reapply the outline using the "Outline in Black" command. That should take care of it.
