SS1 Hand Drawn Symbols Partially Hidden in Sarah Wroot Style

I think I have a rough idea what's going on but am hoping there's a quick way to fix it.

I create a new Sarah Wroot Annual Style map via the wizard, selecting 250x200 miles.I create a default land mass. I then attempt to add a Hand Drawn City from SS1 to the map over the default land mass. It appears just fine at first until you refresh, upon which parts of it vanish,as seen in the attached file. It looks as if certain parts of the symbol are getting pushed behind everything. I thought perhaps it was being pushed behind the default land mass but when I tried to add it over the default sea background I got the same results.

Any advice on how to fix this? The hand drawn symbols are a nice match for the Sarah Wroot Annual Style so I'd really like to make them appear.

This is a sheet order issue. That symbol occupies multiple sheets, and it looks like the one holding the outline is behind the the one holding the fill of the symbol. Most probably, at least one of the sheets the symbol uses didn't exist before you placed the symbol into the map. That resulted in the sheet being created, but at the top of the drawing order (Since there is no way for CC3 to know exactly where to put a new sheet). You'll probably need to move the topmost sheet down in the drawing order until it is below the outline sheet for the symbol. I don't remember right now the names of the relevant sheets unfortunately.
