Error messages trying to install DD3 Random Patch

I moved the file into my CC3 folder and when I run the DD3RandomDungeon I get an error saying XPSYMCAT.dll and Dungeon.dll files could not be open. What am I doing wrong?

This would happen if CC3 was running at the time. Make sure you close down CC3 before running the file.
