Fractal Terrains full manual

Hi, I just bought the download version of Fractal Terrains Pro, and I was wondering where to find the full manual (mentioned on p.28 of the FT Essentials guide). I can't find a link to it on my downloads page :(

That reference probably means the Cartography Suite available from yor registration page.
