Does anyone have a Mercator half-globe set up with longitude and latitude lines for a Discworld?

Would a discworld (being flat) have latitude and longitude lines (which are things related to measuring a sphere)?
If you want a nice polar grid, though (similar to

), then you should be able to do one with an array of circles and one of lines rotated about the center. You'll need to decide how many lines of ecah type you want, though.
