Image Overlay export to CC3

Hi all,
I have a question regarding Image Overlays in FT3. Is it possible to convert them to layers and sheets similar to Terrain, Altitude, Rainfall and Climate when you export them to CC3? I have created colored overlays in FT3 where wine production and civilizations might appear, and it would be a wonderful thing if these overlays were possible to transfer to CC3. Is it possible? If not, it may be a suggestion in future updates
