FT3 - Sheet Setup doesn't work with CC3 export
So in hopes that FT3 would ease the pain I endure trying to map, I was really pleased to see the apparent option to create sheets in addition to the standard ones, and to put things on those sheets. For instance, why on earth are all of the "Contour Bars" all stuck in the same sheet so that they end up on top of each other? I thought I'd create 4 new sheets, put each contour bar in its own sheet in the sheet setup in FT3 and then when I opened it in CC3 everything would be fine.
Problems are:
1. Adding and assigning sheets doesn't appear to work at all. None of the sheets added are seen when the file is opened in CC3.
2. Added and assigned sheets in an export set aren't saved.
3. Even if I don't add any new sheets, I cannot reassign an object to another sheet. I tried moving the 'Rainfall Contour Bar' for instance from 'Info' to 'Rainfall' sheet, but it doesn't work. No matter what I do in the sheet setup in FT3, it ignores my selections/additions/changes and does what it wants to do.
Any suggestions?

What is interesting is that I looked at the export definition file (.xpt file), and the changes are actually written to that file (Looks correct too, but since it isn't a plain text file I don't know if there are any wrong control characters or similar in there though). But if you edit the setting again, it only shows you the default values, and it seems like the export only uses the defaults as well.
Create or Rename. Lets me define the export file but when I try to name it I get an error message "Can't write to C:\......\NewName.xpt. Please ensure that it is a valid filename".
Duplicate. Error message, "Error copying "C:\......\Export\Basic 1000 contours.xpt"
I'm having exactly the same problem... Isn't there a solution yet? This entry is from 2011...
