Does the Military Operations.xpt file that was in September Annual work with FT3 and do the other FT additional files that showed up in Annuals & Terraformer work with FT3?

If anyone has a master list of what Annuals had FT stuff in them that would be a huge help so I can put those files into FT3 if they will work in it.
