Dioramas Crash when Adding Tabs

I'm doing a fairly basic function, adding a tab to a panel in CC3 Dioramas. Every time I select a side of the panel for the tab, I get an error box that fcw32.exe has stopped working.

I tried re-downloading the compatibility update and ran it as administrator, and told it to repair my installation. That didn't help.

Anyone else experienced this, and have a solution?

If you do type "xpcfg" in CC3 at the command line and check the Diorama.dll what version number does it give?

If anyone else is having this problem, Ralf sent me a fix that solves it. I'm sure it will be in the next update, but in the meantime, there is a solution.

Seems to be there is the same problem for me. I bought CC3 with Diorama pro, but I am not able to insert any tabs without a crash. It's the same error message. I would be really happy if you could help me with the fix, too.

Did you install the compatibility update into CC3, or Diorama Pro ?

The compatibility update is in your registration, downloads, page.

Diorama Pro works wth CC2, not CC3.

If you have CC3 and purchased Diorama Pro, go to your registration pages and download the Diorama Pro compatibility update and install it into CC3's folder.

i did that before i posted here , there is mention of a "fix" further up the messages , there are no error messages cc3 just quits to the desktop

Please unzip the attached Dioramas.dll into your CC3 program folder, overwriting the old one. That should fix the issue.
