Suggested colour bar for heights/depths?

I think I'm going quietly ga-ga. I know that I have seen a colour bar with a set of suggested colours for various heights on overland maps, but I can't for the life of me remember where! I've been through the User Manual and looked in the download library but am stuck. (I can actually see the dang thing in my mind's eye, too!)

Could somebody point me in the direction of this, please, before the men in white coats arrive? Thanks!

I can't remember any official chart, all I can think of is the one JimP has on his site

Also, when you do a CC3 export from FT, you also get a colored altitude bar on the map, but this one changes with the color setting. There is a screenshot of FT showing the default colors here

Maybe someone else have something more.

I still got my old Jhendor color contours, that were used in my world map. There were created to resemble a modern atlas map, and are also available in FT as a color scheme. I've attached them to this post.
