A word of thanks to Linda Kekumu
I don't know if Linda ever looks at this forum. Wether she does or not I would like to publicly thank her. I have had a bit of a stumper problem with some files not being instaaled to CC3 and DD3. She has responded every day to my emails with patience and care. I'd like to thank her personally and the tech support staff for all the hard work they do. I'm sure they are under appreciated.

This kind of customer service is important to me. I have a huge list of companies/businesses that I refuse to purchase from because of bad customer service.

She has been very helpful with the problems I had redownloading CC3 and Cosmographer Pro when I couldnt get it again from Drivethru.
