What do I need for MODERN campaigns?
Hi there! First time poster here. The software looks really cool and I had some questions.
I'm working on a modern Zombie game (Zombie Roadtrip) for me and my friends to play. I saw the "modern symbols" images and all the cars and furniture looked really cool, so I'm guessing that stuff is packaged in somewhere and would work for what I'm designing.
So my questions:
1) What do I need for a modern game? Think a bunch of small maps representing rest stops, gas stations, suburbs, supermarkets and other locations that the players may stop along the way. I'm talking like "room" maps (think dungeon) rather than say maps of states, towns or such.
2) What do I need and what do I not need? I see a dozen bundles and honestly dont want to spend more than I have to for a one time game design project that only me and my friends will play. So what do I need for mapping software, modern props and modern symbols?
Now I've looked around and this software seems to be my best option so far...

Please note that Symbol Set 3 has not received the "version 3" treatment yet, meaning it is based on vector artwork, not bitmaps.
Before I invest the time or money, I would like to see some examples of modern maps. Would anyone like to point me towards some good ones?
My immediate need is sort of a mix between fantasy and modern. I need to make a map of a military/scientific compound that is built around a massive, hollowed out cavern in a dormant volcano. I would need both caverns and finished (concrete or metal) areas. What pieces and parts would I need to do this?
I would LOVE to make something like the one at: http://sub.profantasy.com/2012/index.html. Is this a realistic plan, or is that WAY over a noob's head. Where can I get more info on the "Annual 2012's Isometric Dungeon style".
Where would I learn how to make Isometric Dungeons (or in my case a underground science complex) or is this something only for a "master"?
This is getting tempting. :-)
CC3 is the main program, and is required for the others to work. Except Fractal Terrains which runs separately.
