Good export view for FT to CC3

I made a map in FT and I want to export it to CC3. I then want to use cc3 to trace over the land from FT (then just use the original FT map just for reference for the rivers and mountains). What are good export settings for that?

    Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area is a good projection assuming your continents are not too large. You can then do separate continent maps. However the path from FT to CC3 is piss poor. It's more fun beating yourself in the head with a 2x4. If you export as polygons there are a LOT of bugs. If you export as a bitmap (as you implied you would) you have a lot of work ahead of you if your map has any kind of detail. Assuming you are going for lower rez detail you can probably get by.

    Export as a bmp is how I do it. Import nito a CC3 template onto a layer by itself, then draw it using CC3s tools and symbols. Then remove the bmp.
