So...It USED to be...

I am still wrassling with inserting arctic land masses into my maps (guys, there should have been one of these available in amongst the other land masses, you kinda dropped the ball there a bit IMO).
Now, it USED to be that with Campaign Cartographer, I could make a line, make it fractal, then turn the line into a polygon, stretch the corners of that now closed polygon so that they touched the corners of the map frame and then outline everything in black. Wunderbar!
I can't seem to do that with CC3. Or if I can, I can't find the button that lets me "close" the line and make it into a polygon, does the feature still exist? If so how can I find it and if not, why not?
Thanks for your help guys

I always just type "edit" in the command line to do this, but you can instead right-click on the "Edit Properties" button (it has a 1 on it), and select "Numeric Edit"
